Meet your DJs, Karmel Apple & Apache Rose
Karmel Apple started bringing the funk in small doses when he was young, shilling out little Parliament / Funkadelic hits when he was just leaving elementary school. Since then, his musical tastes have grown, but they've always stayed steeped in the sticky smelly funk. Anything with a good groove, a nice flow, real melody or deep basslines can get this funkster going.
Apache Rose was brought onto the MooFunk show kicking and screaming Fall of 2005. She has a devotion to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and an interest in a wide variety of music. Her insight into the nature of people can be frightening, and she should probably have a talk show devoted to her ideas. Listen for this always-in-season flower.
